Your role as a facilitator includes providing prompts and discussions of ethical scenarios at the table with five Junior and Senior high school students. You will be provided an event and lesson program to utilize throughout. We encourage your willingness to share some of your professional and life experiences as it pertains to Ethics in Business and the target audience.\n\nEthics in Business (EIB) is a local program to instill ethical behavior in today's young people and is a joint venture of the San Diego Regional East County Chamber of Commerce\, Grossmont Union High School District College & Career Readiness Department\, and other local high schools. It is a cooperative effort that includes a consortium of business\, education\, and community leaders.\n\n\n\nYour participation in this important program will make a positive difference in the lives of these students. You will have influenced the ethical life path of young people who will mature and participate in business\, vote\, rear children\, and serve others. We are looking for 25 facilitators in total.
