This event presents an excellent opportunity for each school district in East County to honor two outstanding students. Our objective is to have local administrators choose the recipients of these awards and have them presented by the administrators who nominate them. Below are the selection criteria. It's crucial that the students have demonstrated genuine resilience when confronting challenges.\n\n\n\nCriteria for Selection: Each district will have the opportunity to select and celebrate two students\, chosen by their respective school or district administrators. Emphasis will be placed on students who have exhibited resilience\, growth\, and perseverance in various aspects of their lives\, including but not limited to overcoming mental or physical obstacles\, enhancing academic performance\, achieving better attendance records\, and transcending personal challenges.
