Our goal is to raise funds to support children in \n East County to attend Summer Fun Camp at Journey Church and participate in Cast Hope. \n Cast Hope \;is a non-profit that provides the gift of the outdoors through the sport of fishing to children of San Diego County. \n \n There are 2 important initiatives: \n - For you to have fun out on the course! \n - Support Summer Fun Camp and Cast Hope. \; \; \n \n Summer Fun Camp provides a week-filled with games and activities\, friendship\, learning\, community\, and global engagement for kids\, eight years running! This camp has reached THOUSANDS of kids through the years. \; For many kids\, it is their first opportunity to attend a summer camp of any kind\, made possible through partial or full Journey scholarships. For others\, this will be their first time learning about the good news of the Gospel. \n \n Cast Hope is a non-profit that provides the gift of the outdoors through the sport of fishing to children in San Diego County. Cast Hope is partnering with local schools\, E.C.T.L.C (East County Transitional Living Center)\, and is branching out to first responders (law enforcement/fire) and military families (retired\, enlisted\, and gold star) to provide more outdoor opportunities for children. \; The kids of Cast Hope experience positive mentorship through the outdoor fishing experience. \; \; \n \; \n Last year&rsquo\;s Golf Tournament raised over $25\,000. \; This year\, we want to impact the life'\;s of even more children. \; \; \n For 2024\, our goal is to raise $30\,000!!! \; \n To reach our goal we need your participation.
