DESCRIPTION:The City of El Cajon Public Works and Recreation Departments\, cordially invite you to attend the annual\n\n\n\nARBOR DAY TREE PLANTING EVENT\n\n\n\nThis is the 17th year El Cajon has received the TREE CITY USA AWARD and the 25th Annual Arbor Day Ceremony. immediately following the reading of the Arbor Day Proclamation and presentation of the Tree City USA Flag\, volunteers will be trained on proper tree planting techniques before heading out to plant over 50 trees in the surrounding park. The El Cajon Teen Coalition will provide light refreshments during the event and free tree seedlings will be distributed by West Coast Arborists and San Diego Gas and Electric.
