LOCATION:Ethics and Human Resources The era of Human Resources being all compliance and acting as the company police is over. Not only does the HR practitioner develop and promote general company culture\, they are the ethical overseer of the organization. That is a big burden to bear\, but it is a vital component to being an HR professional and a strategic partner in an organization. In this class we will discuss personal ethics\, professional ethics\, and how they overlap. We will also share pointers on how to have tough conversations about ethics with company managers and leaders. This class will be extremely interactive\, and of course\, confidential. You will need to be registered to Zoom (the webinar application) in order for us to verify your attendance (and send you follow up information).
