DESCRIPTION:The San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce sponsors an award-winning program called ''Ethics in Business''.  The program teams students from Grossmont Union High School District schools with business people for a morning of discussion and debate to help them prepare for the ethical challenges they will face in the workplace.  \n\nThe students and businesspeople work through a number of ethical dilemmas that students will be facing soon in the world of employment.  Issues such as e-mail privacy\, sexual harassment and other ethical situations are discussed and possible solutions discussed.\n\nTo volunteer to be a facilitator for a half day\, please call the Chamber at (619) 440-6161 or email judyd@eastcountychamber.org.
