DESCRIPTION:In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.45(g)\, the North County Transit District (NCTD)\, a recipient of U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) assistance\, announces a proposed Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 12.1% for the triennial period October 1\, 2025\, through September 30\, 2028. This race-neutral goal represents the percentage of work to be performed by certified DBE firms on NCTD's FTA-assisted projects during the triennial period. \n\nWe will be hosting a webinar and in-person meeting for public participation on Thursday\, June 26th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The in-person meeting will be held at NCTD's Administrative Office 810 Mission Avenue\, Oceanside\, CA 92054 in the Board Room. \n\nIf you are Interested In participating In the weblnar or In-person meeting\, please contact Nicole Chang at nchang@gcapservices.com.
