DESCRIPTION:The San Diego County Office of Labor Standards and Enforcement (OLSE) is hosting a virtual training for business owners and operators on "The Top Ten Ways to Stay Out of Court" as part of our annual Week of Action. \n\nThe first hour of the training will be a guided presentation by nationally renowned labor attorney Jennifer Shaw of Shaw Law Group\, followed by another hour of open Q&A\, where Mikey Knab\, Business Outreach Manager for OLSE will join Jennifer Shaw to help answer any and all questions attendees may have relating to labor standards and employment in San Diego County. \n\nSpanish language translation will be provided\, and additional language translation may be available upon request.\n\nThis is a free training designed to help employers throughout the region understand and comply with labor standards while also ensuring open and consistent communication between our offices and businesses to improve fair competition and working conditions.
