Participants create a personal "deck" of cards representing parts of Self and learn to journal and dialogue with the cards to gain inner wisdom.\n\nSoulCollage  is an intuitive and creative collage process that promotes self-discovery\, self-acceptance and personal empowerment. You are welcome to return to this workshop again and again.\n\nAbout the Instructor - Shirla de Magalh es is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)\, Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S)\, Registered Sandplay Practitioner (RSP) & SoulCollage  Facilitator\, she has a private practice in downtown La Mesa. Shirla's therapeutic practice focuses on a holistic approach to therapy where she incorporates many different forms of Expressive Arts Therapies. SoulCollage  is not a therapeutic modality in itself\, it's a process that facilitates Self Discovery and Personal Growth and can be utilized in any setting.\n\nMembers $12 / Non-members $18
