If you prefer\, bring your own scissors.\n\nAbout the Instructor - Shirla is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)\, Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S)\, Registered Sandplay Practitioner (RSP) & SoulCollage  Facilitator\, she has a private practice in downtown La Mesa. Shirla's therapeutic practice focuses on a holistic approach to therapy where she incorporates many different forms of Expressive Arts Therapies. SoulCollage  is not a therapeutic modality in itself\, it's a process that facilitates Self Discovery and Personal Growth and can be utilized in any setting.\n\nSoulCollage  is an intuitive and creative collage process that promotes self-discovery\, self-acceptance and personal empowerment.
