The event will begin with the beloved Green Mile run/walk which includes children and adults with mental and physical disabilities. The 5K and Half Marathon is a fast out and back course that takes you on a tour of El Cajon and some of it's cherished landmarks. The Tribes and Clan competition consists of completing the 5K run and then an obstacle course similar to Crossfit event style. There is both an adult and kid competition. All races include their own medals and a cool tech t-shirt. This is a fun themed event where costumes are encouraged and a contest will take place that the winner will take home a nice prize. The Beer Fest is the highlight of this event with local beer being poured in the beer festival area that includes live music and food trucks. Each participant over 21 will receive a free beer ticket and additional tickets may be purchased on site. ID is required and strictly enforced at gate.
