We are very excited to bring the Taste of TLC back to the holiday season. We will gather leaders, providers, politicians, supporters, and the community to the main campus of ECTLC for guided tours, tasty food & drinks, and giving people a peek at how ECTLC is transforming how we view homelessness. We have had two years of data audited by the San Diego Taxpayer Association and they are completely impressed. Please read the notes by the San Diego Taxpayer Association at the completion of the ECTLC 2024 audit.
 
"About $790 were expended to create one unit of public good (meaning for one client to exit to permanent housing). This is a decrease in dollar amount from their 2023 SoRPG - which was about $1600/client. This is also a much lower dollar amount compared to the other providers for whom the SDCTA executed SoRPG's for in 2023. For other providers, the cost per service ratio was $10,000 or more. Thus, from 2023 to 2024, the ECTLC both reduced its "cost per service" ratio, creating public good more efficiently as an organization from one year to the next, and also outperforming other homelessness service providers in the region (as of the 2023 SoRPGs) in terms of dollars used to move one client from homelessness to permanent housing."
