Steve Hamann, a professional Charity Auctioneer and Chamber Board Member, is behind the microphone at over 80 events each year and has helped raised millions of dollars for non-profit organizations throughout Southern California. His clients include Promises2Kids, Alzheimer’s Association, Grossmont Hospital Foundation, Francis Parker Schools, Children’s Hospital of Orange County, San Diego State University Athletics, UCSD Moore’s Cancer Center, KPBS, American Lung Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation and many of East County’s largest non-profits.

This seminar will focus on the basics of a successful fundraising event including Silent Auctions, Opportunity Drawings, Live Auctions and Direct Giving. Steve will teach you how to maximize your revenues, sharing ideas and opinions formed through years of experience. You will learn what sells best and how to procure great auction items. Time will be allotted throughout for questions and comments from attendees.

Whether you work for a non-profit organization or are active in your favorite charity, school or church, this is the one seminar you should attend this year to learn how to increase the bottom line of your fundraising event. Handouts will be provided, but plan on taking copious notes!
