Grossmont College Office Professional Training Students Mock Interviews

Would you be interested in supporting Grossmont College’s BOT/OPT students by serving as a volunteer mock interviewer during the dates of December 1–10, 2026?
 
These interviews are part of the students’ final exam and provide valuable practice and feedback as they prepare for employment.
 
Participating employers would conduct virtual mock interviews and complete a Practice Interview Evaluation Form for each student.  To register as a mock interviewer, please complete the Employer Availability Form in the event URL posted here or email Lance Grob at lance.grob@gcccd.edu.
 
If you’re interested, please share your availability during December 1–10 and how many students you would be comfortable interviewing.
 
Our team will coordinate scheduling and provide student resumes and additional details.
