The Council for Youth Empowerment (CYE) is a pageant system dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders through personal growth, community involvement, and scholarship opportunities. We celebrate and support outstanding young women by providing a positive platform where they can build confidence, develop life skills, and form lasting friendships.
