Eric retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, following a 26-year career in the US Navy . After an additional 10 years working in industry, he joined his wife in creating Healthcare Training Associates. Sheri, Eric's wife, has 25 years in Nursing education, has lead several Nursing private post-secondary programs as director, and consults in curriculum development in California and elsewhere. From 2019 through 2024, both were state examiners for the California Nurse Aide Certification Exam. Since 2020, they have performed as fully mobile Live Scan service providers (fingerprinting) for all professions and volunteer applicants requiring California DOJ clearance.
