David R. Shorey, CNP has over 25 years of non-profit management and development experience in environmental, human rights, and quality of life issues. He is a community organizer proficient in policy, campaign, and program development, implementation, and oversight. As a focused leader who is team-oriented and adept at coalition building and the coalescing of divergent perspectives, David has been involved in affecting positive change in the communities he lives.

David has a BA in Government from California State University, Sacramento, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of San Diego, a Certificate in Human Rights Consultancy from the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, and is credentialed as a Certified Nonprofit Professional by the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.
