About Us

PSAR Empowers Realtors. Our vision is to ensure that Realtors are valuable, property rights are protected and homeownership is widely available. Since 1928, the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® has played a significant role in shaping the history, growth & development of the Real Estate industry in San Diego County. A Shared Services Agreement with the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® has expanded the areas in the County where PSAR is able to serve our members. Our MLS as of 2021 has 110,000 agents sharing property information. We have more listings, a wider geographical footprint, and more business tools than our competing associations.
