About Us
Founded in 1979, San Diego Equality Business Association supports hundreds of small businesses in the San Diego area, while advocating for mainstream acceptance of diversity. SDEBA is one of oldest LGBTQ chamber in the country, and we pride ourself on outreach to other business chambers and to society at large. We are a founding member of the NGLCC, and we take an active role in national level programs to meet the needs of small businesses. All SDEBA members are automatically members of NGLCC, having access to financial, procurement and advocacy programs.
