About Us
For 17 years, Volunteers in Medicine has served the uninsured in the East County. We are a free medical clinic serving low-income, uninsured families in San Diego County, California. Our clinic is open to anyone who needs primary care, diabetic care, psychiatric, dermatology, acupuncture, chiropractic and pharmacy services
Our patients are never charged for any of our services which include medical visits, diagnostic lab tests, imaging and social services.
