About Us

OUR MISSION:
Zero8Hundred's mission is to offer compassionate, evidence-based support to service members and their families, helping them navigate the unique challenges of transitioning from active duty to civilian life through a peer-based social work model.

We offer free individualized support for 12 months prior to military separation and up to one year post-military separation. The Zero8Hundred team are trained Peer Navigators, with lived military experience, who are committed to working alongside transitioning service members.
