We are hosting a series of Community Feedback Forums as part of the San Diego Workforce Partnership's (SDWP) Strategic Vision 2030 Plan. As a vital stakeholder in this region your insights will directly influence our strategic plan, ensuring it reflects the needs and expectations East County.

This forum, facilitated by nationally recognized workforce organization New Ways to Work, is an opportunity to share your expertise and perspectives on how workforce development programs can better align with regional economic goals, address significant gaps and enhance coordination between public agencies and the workforce development system.
