The presentation will discuss the importance of estate planning, what estate planning entails, different tools used in estate planning including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and the benefits that result from having an estate plan.
According to a 2025 Wills and Estate Planning Study, only 24% of Americans have a will, many citing they don’t believe they have enough assets to need one. This common misconception leaves many people unprepared as wills address much more than the handling of financial assets.
