Ethics in Business

Description

The San Diego East County Chamber of Commerce sponsors an award-winning program called ''Ethics in Business''. The program teams students from Grossmont Union High School District schools with business people for a morning of discussion and debate to help them prepare for the ethical challenges they will face in the workplace. The students and businesspeople work through a number of ethical dilemmas that students will be facing soon in the world of employment. Issues such as e-mail privacy, sexual harassment and other ethical situations are discussed and possible solutions discussed.
