USE THESE 3 STAGES OF “AWARENESS” TO GET CUSTOMERS & CLIENTS USING SOCIAL MEDIA
COURSE DESCRIPTION
In the world of social media marketing, understanding the customer's journey from unawareness to becoming a loyal client is crucial for building effective and non-intrusive marketing strategies. Drawing an analogy from personal relationships, this course highlights the common mistake businesses make on social media—rushing the sales process without considering the customer's level of awareness and readiness to engage. "Mastering Customer Awareness on Social Media: A Three-Stage Approach" is designed to educate businesses on the importance of recognizing and catering to the three main stages of customer awareness. By the end of this course, participants will learn how to approach potential customers on social media thoughtfully, turning them from strangers into advocates without being "that awkward guy."
What to Expect:
- Stage 1 - Unawareness: Learn strategies to gently introduce your brand to potential customers who might not even be aware they need your product or service. This section focuses on creating content that educates, entertains, and adds value, building a foundation of trust and recognition.
- Stage 2 - Problem Awareness: At this stage, potential customers realize they have a problem but might not know the solution. Learn how to craft content and messaging that empathizes with their situation, educates them on possible solutions, and subtly introduces your product or service as a viable option.
- Stage 3 - Solution Awareness: Here, customers are actively looking for solutions. Learn how to position your product or service as the best choice through compelling content, testimonials, and strong calls to action. This stage emphasizes the importance of timing and relevance in your messaging.
INSTRUCTOR
Hayato Nakamura
Getting clients and customers to notice you and want to do business with you can be a daunting task. However, Hayato says it’s not entirely you’re fault and here’s why… He writes: Imagine a jar of crunchy organic peanut butter. If you asked the peanut butter in the jar to write its own label, it might write, “peanut butter.” You and I who have seen different kinds of peanut butter jars might say, “CRUNCHY ORGANIC peanut butter” is better. This way more people can notice it and buy it. Business owners are often like this peanut butter. They need someone with the experience and perspective to help market the business. That’s what I do. My full-time occupation is to run my digital marketing business. I study how businesses are getting noticed by their clients and consumers online. This helps me stay up-to-date on “what’s working today” to deliver our SBDC clients strategies that work.
