Introduction to Whole Raw Food is an introductory workshop designed for anyone who wants to learn more about the health benefits of consuming a diet that includes whole, plant-based foods. The workshop provides information on the latest scientific research regarding food and its critical impact on the body. A nutritious smoothie is created at the end with discussion on why certain ingredients are included based on their nutritional and antioxidant value. Conversation throughout the workshop also includes fascinating topics that can be factors in everyone's health and well being. For example:
