Preventing Sexual Harassment Webinar

When was the last time your managers and supervisors received legally mandated Harassment Prevention Training? This webinar satisfies the legal requirements in California which state that all employers with 50 or more employees (FT, PT and Temporary) and/or contractors for each working day in any consecutive 20 week period during the current or prior training year must provide two hours of harassment prevention training for their managers and supervisors every two years or within six months of hire or promotion. It will be conducted by Ann Marie Towle-Mason, SPHR, President of HR Source Consulting, Inc. Attendees will learn how to define, recognize and prevent Sexual Harassment, Discrimination and Retaliation. This interactive Webinar will also outline company, manager and employee responsibilities, federal and state statutory provisions and the complaint process and confidentiality requirements.
