Supervisor Joel Anderson's Internship Program Supervisor Joel Anderson is bringing his award-winning internship program from the State Senate to the Board of Supervisors of San Diego County. Currently, he has a limited number of internship opportunities in his El Cajon District Office (ECDO) as well as the County Administration Center (CAC).
