About Us

I am an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team, I am certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth.
I work with leaders, individuals, organizations, and teams - with an emphasis on women in leadership, to help them:
-understand what leadership is and the laws that impact their ability to lead
-identify areas of untapped potential for themselves and those they lead
-successfully transfer leadership skills
-create effective processes and systems that promote growth and increased productivity

My focus is on fostering growth and development for leaders who struggle with developing themselves and those around them. I help build cohesive work cultures by identifying key people and solutions to bring symmetry and balance to the organization.
