Optimum Condition empowers people through fitness, education, and coaching, offering personal training, corrective exercise, and soft tissue mobilization.

We specialize in two areas: as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, I'm a bridge between a physical therapist and a personal trainer correcting muscle imbalances with our specialty program called F.I.T.T. (Function Integrated Training & Therapy). It works by combining specific exercises with soft tissue mobilization.

As a Personal Trainer, the other area of specialization is functional fitness for recreational athletes and special health conditions like Arthritis, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, MS, high blood pressure, and obesity.

In addition we offer Medifast weight loss programs as well as small group training with our specialty exercise classes that include Yoga, Lunch Crunch, and coming soon will be Olympic Lifting 101 and Pilates.

And for people on a limited budget that can't afford our premium services, we offer an entry level program that is very affordable to meeting any budget, called the Home Fitness Club.
