About Us

What first began as a Bikram hot yoga studio has morphed into something much more. Today the San Diego Yoga Center offers various styles of yoga and mat pilates at various temperatures for everyone regardless of experience or age.

SDYC has joined together traditional Hot (Bikram) Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Inferno Hot Pilates and Yin Yoga under one roof. The local community we've built is non-pretentious, encouraging, clean, comfortable, and most of all a place for people to grow their yoga practice.

With a down to earth and friendly atmosphere, you will feel comfortable at the studio whether you are just starting your yoga journey or if you are a seasoned yogi. The doors are open to all who come with an open heart and mind. The hardest part is starting your journey, let us help you the rest of the way.
