Description
Don’t waste your precious time on exercises and routines that are NOT suited for your mom bod!
Workouts that you did before pregnancy may not be the best choice when you're trying to return to movement. I've had new moms tell me time and time again, "I just tried doing what I did before I got pregnant and things did NOT FEEL right!"
Join me, Colleen Flaherty, CSCS pregnancy and postpartum strength coach for an evening of postpartum exercise 101!
We'll learn:
- breathing and bracing for a strong core during exercise
- and why that's important!
- exercises that maximize the little time you have to exercise
- proper form for injury reduction
- how to incorporate movement into your every day life
As always, we'll have plenty of time for your personal questions so we can learn and troubleshoot together!
