Description
This is an interactive, creative brainstorming workshop for small businesses focused on transforming COVID regs. into a BENEFIT to the customer.
As we progress into this next normal, it is clear that:
1. Businesses are finding ways to adapt, but CREATIVITY IS NEEDED.
2. Changing attitudes and new requirements are HERE TO STAY FOR A WHILE.
3. Customers, employees, and business owners are subjected to new obligations daily, WHICH ARE COMPROMISING so many aspects of the experience they want to offer.
It's time now to collaborate on creative ways to bring connection and joy back to our interactions! Together we will work on ways to have our customers smiling again, while still following protocols.
This will be a 1 1/2 hour intense, ideation workshop to spark fresh ideas and learn from each other.
