Explore your inner nature and enjoy an intuitive collage process, led by Shirla de Magalhães, LMFT. Participants create a personal “deck” of cards representing parts of Self and learn to journal and dialogue with the cards to gain inner wisdom.

SoulCollage® is an intuitive and creative collage process that promotes self-discovery, self-acceptance and personal empowerment. You are welcome to return to this workshop again and again.

About the Instructor - Shirla de Magalhães is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S), Registered Sandplay Practitioner (RSP) & SoulCollage® Facilitator, she has a private practice in downtown La Mesa. Shirla's therapeutic practice focuses on a holistic approach to therapy where she incorporates many different forms of Expressive Arts Therapies. SoulCollage® is not a therapeutic modality in itself, it's a process that facilitates Self Discovery and Personal Growth and can be utilized in any setting.
